Howard Espravnik has been the
general manager of WVCP-FM since September of 1986.
Prior to that he managed a commercial radio station in Virginia,
and managed a television studio for an Indiana school system along with
teaching broadcasting to high school students.
His background also includes employment at a number of Indiana
radio stations. He holds a B.S. degree from Indiana State University in
Radio-Television Education with minors in Speech and Audio-Visual
Communications. His M.S.
Degree is in Educational Media from Radford University in Virginia.

James Milliner has worked at Volunteer State Community
College since November of
1974. He is WVCP's Chief Operator/Engineer and holds an FCC First
Class Radiotelephone License.

Justin Fernandes
Operations Assistant, WVCP-FM

Justin Fernandes is a 2009 VSCC Communications Graduate with
an emphasis in Radio-TV. He has been the WVCP Operations Assistant
since January of 2010. In this position, he trains students, does
traffic, production and maintains the stations' computers and audio servers. |
